When Visiting Our Playground
There are hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entering the facility and regularly thereafter. If you have any concerns during your visit regarding cleanliness, please speak to a staff member immediately. We take our cleaning and your safety serious.
We also ask that if you or your child is feeling sick, has a fever, cough or sore throat that you please refrain from visiting the facility until feeling better.
We continue to review and adjust our practice to ensure your safety.
Cleaning Checklist
Providing a clean and safe environment is our #1 priority to our guests. We believe that our cleaning checklists and procedures should be transparent to all guests. The lists below are our actual cleaning checklists that we run through daily.
Front Entry Checklist
Wipe front desk, countertops, phones, keyboards
Dust/wipe waiver table
Clear out/wipe down cubbies
Sweep behind front desk area
Take out trash and replace liners
Windex front windows and door
Vacuum floor in front desk area
Playground Checklist
Vacuum floors and main traffic areas
Straighten and wipe off pads
Pick up any trash
Wipe down seating and blocks
Straighten netting
Fluff ball pits
Stack building blocks
Bathroom Checklist
Windex Mirrors
Wipe down sink
Wipe door handles, paper towel/toilet paper dispenser
Scrub toilet, changing stations and walls
Spray floors with Ecolyzer and around toilets
Sweep and mop, take out trash
Cafe Checklist
Clean off all cafe tables and pick up trash
Clean off large red counter and prep tables
Empty trash cans front and back
Sweep and mop floor
Put away and cover all food items
Clean espresso and coke machine as outlined
Party Room Checklist
Empty trash cans and wipe them down
Clean off all tables and chairs and pick up trash
Wipe down all tables and chairs, put chairs on top of tables
Move and clean under tables
Sweep and mop floors
